1. About GachaMeister

GachaMeister combines independent reviews, guides, comparisons and hands-on research with data-led analysis of collectible products, platforms and markets. Our coverage extends to prices, fees, published pack odds, card pools, grading costs, buyback terms, opening outcomes and historical changes.

Where available, our data products may provide live or frequently updated information, historical tracking and calculated comparisons. We distinguish information reported by third parties, results we independently observe and estimates we calculate.

Please Note: Availability, freshness, coverage and supporting evidence vary by dataset.

GachaMeister is not a card seller, pack-opening operator, grading company, marketplace, or payment processor. We don’t handle purchases, grading submissions, redemptions, withdrawals, deliveries, or refunds for the businesses we cover.

2. Using the Website

You may read and link to GachaMeister, and quote or use material where applicable law allows.

Please do not interfere with the website's operation or security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse material in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights to quote, criticise, research or otherwise use material as permitted by law.

3. Editorial Accuracy and Reviews

GachaMeister aims to make its reporting accurate, fair, and clear about what the evidence supports.

However, prices, product availability, platform rules, fees, odds and other details can change after we check them. A page's publication or review date matters when assessing how current its information is.

Reviews, scores and recommendations reflect our editorial assessment of the evidence available. Where relevant, we distinguish independent testing from research based on published sources.

Neither a review nor a rating guarantees that another collector will have the same experience or outcome.

We review substantiated challenges and correct material factual errors through our Corrections & Right of Reply process.

4. Data, Prices, Odds and Collecting Risks

Where available, GachaMeister's data coverage may include live or frequently refreshed prices, fees, odds and other product terms, alongside dated records of historical changes and observed outcomes. Feeds and historical series can be partial, delayed or revised, and should not be assumed complete or current for every product, market or period.

A card's displayed value, an asking price, a platform's buyback offer and actual cash realised are not necessarily the same thing. Similarly, published pack odds, estimated values and calculated expected returns are not guarantees.

Calculations depend on their sources, assumptions, currencies, fees and methods, and our own tests - and any independently observed histories - describe the specific samples and periods covered, not every collector’s experience.

Collecting as a whole involves changing prices, uncertain grades and outcomes, shipping costs, taxes, and restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Our articles, datasets, charts and calculations are general information, not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check the stated sources, dates and providers' current terms before making decisions.

5. Third-Party Websites and Transactions

GachaMeister links to independent platforms, marketplaces, retailers, graders and other services. If you visit or use one of those businesses, its own rules govern matters like accounts, age or location eligibility, payments, refunds, redemptions, payouts, shipping, customer support and privacy.

Your dealings with a third party are between you and that provider. GachaMeister cannot access its customer accounts, process withdrawals, change orders or resolve its support cases.

A link or review does not mean we endorse every product, statement or practice of the business concerned.

If you run into a problem with a company featured on GachaMeister, we'll try to help where we reasonably can. However, the company remains responsible for resolving customer issues, and we can't guarantee that we’ll be able to get you the outcome you want.

6. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Some GachaMeister links may be affiliate or referral links. We may receive compensation if you follow one and complete a qualifying action with the third-party provider.

Commercial relationships do not buy a favourable review, score, ranking or verdict, and they do not change our evidence standards.

7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Original GachaMeister writing, graphics and website materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Names, trademarks, card designs, photographs and other material belonging to third parties remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

You may link to our pages and use extracts as permitted by law.

For other republication or substantial reuse of our original material, please ask permission first.

8. Corrections, Right of Reply and Correspondence

We welcome factual corrections, evidence, right-of-reply requests and other editorial enquiries.

We assess these under our Corrections & Right of Reply process and Evidence Policy. Sending us material does not guarantee its publication, a particular editorial decision or a response on behalf of another business.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information in correspondence and supporting evidence is handled.

9. Availability and Changes to the Website

We may update, correct or remove articles and change the website as it develops. We try to keep the publication useful and accessible, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that external links and third-party information will always remain available or current.

10. Responsibility and Legal Rights

GachaMeister is responsible for its own content and conduct to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for a third-party business's independent actions merely because we review or link to it. Our editorial information is not a guarantee of a price, grade, pack result, delivery, refund or other outcome.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a legal right or responsibility where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

We may revise these Terms as GachaMeister or its legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where applicable law requires an additional notice or other action, we will take the appropriate steps.
